Full Description: Melvin Belk Roofing is a large family business with over 40 employees. Our business started 38 years ago and we continue to grow. We are seeking an experienced roofing technician to grow along with us.
The candidate for this construction lead-level job must have at least 5 years of siding installation experience working with vinyl and aluminum siding. Experience with other types of material is helpful but not required. At least one year of leadership with excellent communication directing other members of your work crew is essential. Attention to detail is a must, with quality of work more important than speed in getting the job done. Experience with roofing and gutters is a plus.
Work locations are generally within 60 miles of Grand Rapids, Michigan. All employees are paid on a weekly basis.
